5 dangerous movements for Yoga beginners

Yoga is one of the best method to improving health, losing weight and getting a perfect body, but many beginners had an accident while practising Yoga.

 How to prevent incidents and get the best efficacy? Do the easy posture first and never do the dangerous movements below:

1. Headstand - Salamba Sirsasana

There are many people practice this movement at Yoga classes because it give the big efficacy. However, this posture often risks dangerous, especially who had neck injury.
In addition, who have glaucoma, during pregnancy shouldn't do this movement. (except experience members)

2. Shoulderstand - Salamba Sarvangasana

You are also in danger if practice this movement. It isn't for beginners. Very easy to get a neck injury why doing this movement.

3. Handstand - Mukha Virksasana

This movement could make a lot of trouble with beginners, because you can't control your power of arm and hand very well. Many beginners had falling back when them tried to set this posture.
This movement even more difficult than Headstand, because you are easier to dropping. Of cause, glaucoma, during pregnancy shouldn't practice.

4. Standing forward bend - Uttanasana

Every stretch hamstring movements would easy to cause injury, especially Uttanasana. You will have to spend months or years to cure the hamstring, and can't do Yoga more.

5. Four-limbed staff - Chaturanga Dandasana

This movement wouldn't make you injure, but it's difficult to practice. In Yoga classes, many people try to do this movement, but a few can do it exactly.
Tell your teacher if you can't practice, and a good teacher won't hard you for this.
